Commercial Sales Return Policy

Final Sales Policy:
All commercial sales are considered final, we do not offer refunds or returns. Our “No Sales Returns” policy applies specifically to buyer’s remorse cases (e.g., changing your mind about the purchase). However, we fully understand that situations can arise where an item may:
- Arrive damaged
- Be defective
- Be different from what you ordered

Cancellation Window:
Commercial customers have a 45-minute window to cancel an order after it has been placed. You can cancel your purchase through your account profile or by calling one of our Experience Makers during business hours (Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM EST - 7:00 PM EST).
Once this period expires, the order enters the handling process, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Vendor Lead Times:
If a commercial customer has discussed and accepted a special vendor lead time for order delivery, the order cannot be canceled. These terms are considered binding agreements and are not subject to cancellation.
Shipping Policy

Pro Pricing Policy
Effective Date: June 1st, 2023
By participating in the Max Pro program, you can access exclusive pricing tiers based on your purchasing needs. This means you can enjoy unique discount levels recognizing your commitment and loyalty as a commercial customer.

Eligibility:
a) The Max Pro - Pro Pricing feature is available exclusively to commercial customers who meet the following criteria:
i) Business Verification: Commercial customers must provide valid business registration documents or tax identification numbers for verification.
Pricing Tiers:
a) Based on customer segments, Max Warehouse offers personalized pricing. Discount levels for each tier are determined by the customer’s purchasing behavior, order volume, and average order value. Qualifying customers will receive direct notification of their discount.
b) Max Warehouse reserves the right to modify the pricing tiers and discount levels at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to the affected commercial customers in advance.
Review and Evaluation:
a) Max Warehouse will regularly review and evaluate the performance of commercial customers enrolled in the Pro Pricing feature.
b) The review process includes assessing the customer's order volume, average order value, and adherence to the minimum purchase requirements.
c) Max Warehouse reserves the right to adjust a customer's pricing tier or eligibility for the Pro Pricing feature based on the review results.

Reseller Exclusion:
a) Please note that the Max Pro – Pro Pricing feature does not apply to resellers.
b) Resellers are defined as customers who primarily purchase products from Max Warehouse intending to resell them to consumers through third-party marketplaces & proprietary websites.
c) Resellers may be subject to different pricing programs or agreements based on their business model and purchasing volume. You can review our Reseller policy here.
d) However, as a valued business customer of Max Warehouse and a member of our Max Pro Program, we want to reassure you that you can still enjoy the following benefits:
- Personalized order assistance
- LTL shipments for orders weighing more than 150 pounds
- Tax exemptions

Promotion and Discount Policy: Ineligibility for Combination of Offers
a) To maintain transparency and fairness in our pricing policy, we would like to clarify that promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined with other offers, including bulk discounts, pro pricing, or any other form of discount. Each promotion or discount is designed to stand alone and offer unique benefits to our customers. This approach ensures that every customer can enjoy the maximum value of the specific promotion or discount they qualify for without compromising the integrity of our pricing structure. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to continue providing high-quality products and services while delivering exceptional value to every customer.
b) Max Pro customers are not eligible for the Max Rewards program. By enrolling in Max Pro, you acknowledge and accept that any existing reward points will be removed. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that the exclusive benefits of Max Pro will add even more value to your experience.

a) Max Warehouse will communicate the Max Pro - Pro Pricing policy to commercial customers.
b) Commercial customers will be informed about the eligibility criteria, pricing tiers, minimum purchase requirements, and associated terms and conditions.
c) Max Warehouse will strive to maintain transparency in its pricing policies and promptly address any customer inquiries or concerns related to the Pro Pricing feature.
Policy Updates:
a) Max Warehouse reserves the right to update or modify the Max Pro - Pro Pricing policy at anytime.
b) Updated policies will be effective from the specified effective date, and customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
