M-D Building Products Kerf Molding replaces the factory-installed weatherstrips, which often become worn and need to be replaced. This vinyl-clad weatherstrip is a foam-backed weatherstrip installed into the kerf slot on door frames and seals tightly in the door cavity. The brown weatherstrip wraps around the top and sides of the door and replaces most factory-installed door seals. The vinyl-coated foam of this door seal strip compresses to form a weather-tight seal and is easy to install. It has a 7/8-inch thickness, 8 feet stripping length, and comes in brown. You can use it for door weather stripping as this kerf molding offers better all-season protection against drafts, moisture, dust, and insects.
