The Keeper 15 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features a durable 1 in. Hi-Test® webbing to absorb shock and is corrosion and abrasion-resistant. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle, a open molded grip handle, and vinyl-coated S hooks. The operation is easy and straightforward. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure your load. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure your cargo
