Max Rewards Policy
Membership and Enrollment
The Max Rewards program is free for all eligible customers, including residential and personal customers. Commercial entities, including businesses and resellers, are not eligible.
To participate in the Max Rewards program, customers are required to create a personal account. To do so, visit the Max Rewards portal and click “Join Now” or sign up directly through the sign-in portal.
By joining the Max Rewards program, customers agree to abide by the program’s terms and conditions.
Max Warehouse reserves the right to modify program settings and eligibility criteria based on customer behavior and usage patterns.
Earning Max Points
Customers can earn Max Points through various activities, including:
- • Earning 1 point for every $1 spent on every purchase
- • Following Max on social media
- • Completing three purchases to earn 300 points
- • Reading Max Tips
- • Receiving points on their birthday
- • Leaving a review
- • Leaving a review with photo or video
- • Earning 2x points with special promotions (limited time offers)
Each completed activity will result in points being credited to the customer’s Max account.
Redeeming Max Points
Customers can redeem their Max Points once they have accumulated a minimum of 100 points. During checkout, customers can select the desired number of points to redeem from the dropdown menu in the top right corner, next to the total.
The redemption values for Max Points are as follows:
- • 100 Points = $5
- • 200 Points = $10
- • 300 Points = $15
- • 400 Points = $20
The maximum redemption limit for a single order is set at 400 points ($20), and it is not possible to exceed this amount. Please note that only one offer can be used per purchase, and discounts cannot be combined with bulk discounts, promo codes, gift cards, or Max Rewards redemptions. If you have applied another discount to your cart, you will not be able to redeem points for discounts. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Keep in mind that rewards points expire one year after earning them, so be sure to redeem them before the expiration date.
Points Balance and History
Checking points balances is quick and easy. By using the Max Rewards bar at the bottom of every page, you can create a promo code to redeem and review your points. You can also log into your personal account and access the Max Rewards portal to review your points history.
The Max Rewards portal conveniently displays the total points earned and provides a comprehensive history of points transactions.
Membership Tiers
Customers can check their membership tier status by visiting the Max Rewards portal. The Max Rewards portal displays the customer’s current tier and tracks their progress toward the next level. Max Warehouse reserves the right to modify program settings such as tiers based on customer behavior and usage patterns.
Referral Program
Customers can refer friends to Max and give them a $10 discount on their first order of $100 or more. For each successful referral, the referring customer will receive 200 points, equivalent to $10.
Referrals can be easily made through the dedicated referral portal by entering the friend’s email address. Once the referred friend redeems their $10 discount, the referring customer will receive the corresponding referral points.
Exclusions
The Max Rewards program does not apply to Max Pro customers, who have access to a specialized program designed specifically for businesses. Max Pro customers can explore the exclusive benefits offered through this dedicated business program.

Rewards Policy Excludes Combination of Promotions and Discounts
Our rewards policy aims to provide our valued customers an exceptional and rewarding experience. As part of this commitment, we would like to clarify that the redemption of points cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. This refers to discounts such as bulk discounts, promo codes, gift cards, etc.
We understand the desire to maximize savings, but our rewards program operates independently of other ongoing promotions or discounts to ensure fairness and consistency. Rest assured, our rewards program offers unique benefits and advantages, allowing you to enjoy exclusive rewards and incentives. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us maintain the integrity and value of our rewards program for all our customers.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
If an order is canceled or refunded, and Max Points were used for that order, the points will be automatically refunded and added back to the customer’s points balance. Please contact our dedicated customer support team to proceed with the points refund.
Exclusive Benefits and Promotions
Customers will receive email notifications about exclusive specials and promotions. These notifications will be sent to the email address associated with the customer’s Max account.
To ensure receiving notifications about exclusive specials and promotions, please grant permission to receive emails from Max by adjusting your email settings.
Modifications and Termination
Max Warehouse reserves the right to modify or terminate the Max Rewards program, including program settings and features, at any time without prior notice. Customers will be promptly notified of any modifications, terminations, or changes to program settings through email or the Max Rewards portal.

Converting your Personal Account to a Business Account
Once you decide to upgrade your account to a business account, your Max Rewards points will be automatically disabled. Remember that commercial entities, including businesses and resellers, are not eligible for the Max Rewards program.
Please note that once you’ve upgraded to a business account, there is no way to revert back.
